RETURN POLICY

For products purchased through Gardinarium Market, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you simply need to send a clear return/withdrawal notice to info@gardinarium.com.

In your return request, providing the following information will help us process your request more quickly:

• Full Name
• Order Number
• Product to be Returned
• Reason for Return (optional)

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you may return the product via PTT Cargo.

For returns made via PTT Cargo under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping fee will be covered by us.

If there is no PTT Cargo branch available in your area, the necessary arrangements will be made for the product to be collected from you at no additional cost.

When returning products under the right of withdrawal, they should, where possible, be returned with their original packaging, box, and any other components supplied with the product.

The right of withdrawal is not lost if the product has been used only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable legislation.

In particular, products whose protective elements (such as packaging, seals, or security tapes) have been opened and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with applicable legislation and the product is returned in compliance with the return conditions, the amounts collected will be refunded within the period prescribed by law.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
If payment was made by credit or debit card, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on the processing times of the banks.

For damaged or defective products, the consumer’s statutory rights remain reserved.
