This Pre-Contractual Information Form has been prepared to inform the Consumer about the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products purchased electronically through the www.market.gardinarium.com website.

The main characteristics, quantity, sales price, and, where applicable, other product details of the products offered for sale are provided to the Consumer on the relevant product page and at checkout during the ordering process.

The sales prices of the products are stated in Turkish Lira and include VAT on the relevant product pages.

The total amount payable for the order consists of the product price, any applicable shipping/delivery fee, installment commission, and other legally applicable charges clearly displayed at checkout.

Before confirming the order and becoming liable for payment, the Consumer can clearly see the total amount to be paid.

Orders are handed over to PTT Cargo within 3 days following confirmation of the order.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Consumer during the ordering process.

The estimated delivery time and, where applicable, delivery fees are displayed to the Consumer at checkout before the order is placed.

The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. If the right of withdrawal is exercised and the product is returned via PTT Cargo, no return shipping fee will be charged to the Consumer. The exceptions to the right of withdrawal stipulated by applicable legislation shall apply. In particular, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose protective elements have been opened and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with applicable legislation, the amounts collected will be refunded to the Consumer within the period prescribed by law. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer at the time of purchase.

The Consumer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts for the resolution of disputes in accordance with applicable legislation. The jurisdiction rules prescribed by law regarding the Consumer’s place of residence and the Seller’s place of business shall apply to such applications.

The Consumer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to read and review this Pre-Contractual Information Form and obtain information about the terms of the agreement before completing the order.
