BIO-TEAK MOP DISC / LD Teak Cleaning Disc is a low-density cleaning disc used after the cleaning stage. It removes superficial scratches from wooden surfaces, providing a smoother surface. It can also be used for protective cream applications.

PRODUCT FEATURES

115 mm in diameter and 22 mm thick, suitable for use with all types of angle grinders with variable speed control.
Made from non-woven fibre material, allowing it to easily conform to the shape of the surface.
Unlike sandpaper, its flexible fibre structure does not damage the natural texture of the wood.
Does not leave fibres behind and can be used on both dry and wet surfaces.

APPLICATION

For use on flat surfaces such as tables, chair surfaces, walls, and floor coverings; not suitable for cleaning recessed or uneven areas. The recommended maximum speed is 5,000 RPM. Higher speeds may cause the fibre section of the discs to wear out more quickly. It is recommended to use the discs on clean, dry wooden surfaces before the cleaning process.

USAGE AREA

Suitable for cleaning Teak garden furniture, pool decks, deck coverings, and indoor and outdoor flooring. Also suitable for cleaning other exotic woods such as Iroko and Mahogany.

CAUTION

CAUTION: Wear a protective dust mask if dust is generated and avoid inhaling sanding dust. In case of inadequate ventilation, wear suitable respiratory protective equipment. When using the discs, wear protective eyewear, hearing protection, a protective mask and gloves. Do not use discs if the abrasive fibre section is excessively worn.
